Salary: $154,587.11–$231,880.66 per year, plus potential annual incentive and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Manage prospective client opportunities, communications, information flow, CRM activity, and prioritization with senior leadership.
• Present engineering and product development capabilities, assess client needs, and identify suitable engagement opportunities.
• Build relationships with client decision-makers and collaborators for both immediate programs and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present proposals, statements of work, and technical presentations with project teams.
• Coordinate execution of NDAs, MSAs, and contracts with legal and company leadership.
• Negotiate and close programs while staying connected to project execution and expanding the client network through industry events and professional contacts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product development environment.
• BS degree in engineering or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• First-hand understanding of early-stage technology development and product commercialization.
• Knowledge of relevant industries and an established professional network.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated technical content clearly.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to support and advise others.
