Software Engineer (Full Stack, AI & Platform Development)

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize custom full-stack web applications across multiple brands and business units.
• Build scalable frontend experiences with Next.js and TypeScript, plus backend services, APIs, automation workflows, and business logic with Python, C#, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design, infrastructure mapping, performance optimization, deployment strategies, and platform reliability.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations with Yardi, Entrata, QuickBooks Online, Business Central, advertising platforms, internal platforms, and third-party systems.
• Support AI-enabled business solutions, Agentic AI workflows, LLM prompt development, intelligent automation, virtual assistants, and AI integrations.
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards for financial reporting, KPI tracking, membership forecasting, EBITDA modeling, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional full-stack web application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise system integrations, data pipelines, Git, repository management, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience supporting VM environments, production web applications, cloud infrastructure, application hosting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, troubleshoot complex problems, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Business Central.
• Experience with Agentic AI, intelligent automation, prompt engineering, LLMs, virtual assistants, document processing, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, authentication technologies such as Entra ID and SSO, and enterprise identity management.
• Experience supporting investor-facing, finance-focused, or compliance-sensitive applications.
• Experience working across multiple industries or business units.
