Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Edinburgh, United Kingdom; the default expectation is to work from the office.

What you will do

• Own and ship product features end to end across frontend and backend.
• Build AI-native workflows using LLMs and structured data.
• Collaborate with design, product, and legal engineering to turn complex problems into clear user experiences.
• Ship quickly, learn from users, and iterate on the product.
• Contribute to architecture, tooling, and engineering practices.
• Help define how AI is used across the product.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building high-quality web products.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Python, Node, AWS, or similar technologies.
• Strong product instincts and attention to UX, clarity, and outcomes.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving systems.
• Interest in AI and its impact on software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, prompt design, or AI workflows.
• Experience building internal tools or complex workflows.
