Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver integrations that automate data flows between internal systems and external partner platforms.
• Build and operate ETL/ELT pipelines with strong data quality, observability, and reliability.
• Develop SQL data models, queries, and stored procedures for reporting, integrations, and applications.
• Maintain MuleSoft integrations and help modernize the platform toward code-first, API-first, and event-driven patterns.
• Build custom applications and AI-enabled workflows, including LLM integrations and digital-worker use cases.
• Lead full-lifecycle delivery on Agile projects and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native development, object-oriented design, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration workflows, relational databases, and query optimization.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration middleware.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure; AWS or GCP experience is also relevant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft experience; familiarity with Boomi or Informatica.
• Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Financial Services Cloud.
• AI/ML application experience, including LLM integration, RAG, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
• Financial services or wealth management experience.
