PLM Administrator, Configuration Management (Teamcenter)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates located near Denver or Colorado Springs, with some work required onsite.

Base salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide first-level support for Teamcenter users, including account issues, access requests, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support user onboarding, role assignments, training coordination, and knowledge-base updates.
• Maintain BOMs, create items, manage revisions, and monitor change workflows and lifecycle states.
• Perform PLM data cleanup and validation to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Support standard parts libraries, documents, drawing templates, testing, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Document procedures and assist with day-to-day configuration management activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–5 years of experience in PLM administration, configuration management, CAD design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of engineering data, BOMs, and change management.
• Willingness to learn Teamcenter configuration and best practices.
• Experience with PLM workflows and Microsoft Office document-formatting features.
• Must be located near Denver or Colorado Springs and able to work onsite when required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required ITAR authorizations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace, engineering users, or CAD tools.
• CAD design or modeling experience with SolidWorks, Creo, Catia, or NX.
• Experience with additive manufacturing workflows and fast-paced development programs.
• Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance.
