Salary: $128,900 - $226,050 USD

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and people management for global SAP ABAP and integration teams.
• Serve as the SAP Technical Architect, owning end-to-end solution design and complex problem resolution.
• Lead SAP interface and integration execution for migrations, upgrades, and global rollouts.
• Drive delivery of SAP solutions including requirements analysis, development, testing, and support.
• Partner with functional consultants and business analysts to deliver scalable, secure integrated solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members across geographies to foster technical excellence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a technology focus.
• 6+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• 8+ years in SAP Technical Architect roles, including at least 5 years leading global SAP ABAP teams.
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams of employees and contractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
