What you will do

• Define and execute application roadmaps aligned with corporate goals for SAP, PLM, and MES platforms.
• Unify disconnected systems into a high-performing ecosystem to enhance speed, quality, and accountability.
• Architect enterprise integration frameworks using modern middleware to maintain data consistency and scalability.
• Ensure full compliance with defense-sector requirements including CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and NIST 800-171.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team while fostering collaboration across business units.
• Drive turnaround initiatives to revitalize underperforming systems and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Ability to build and implement enterprise-level technology strategy.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP and PLM transformations.
• Technical expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, NX, and MES platforms like Manufacturo or Apriso.
• Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments and data governance.
