Sr Director, Enterprise Applications (SAP)

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States. U.S. citizenship is required because the position may require an active U.S. security clearance.

Salary: $208,126–$286,192.75 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise application strategies and roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter and NX, and MES platforms across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.
• Integrate ERP, PLM, and MES systems to improve productivity, traceability, visibility, and compliance.
• Architect scalable middleware and iPaaS integration frameworks that maintain data consistency and cybersecurity compliance.
• Drive simplification, modernization, standardization, and turnaround initiatives across global operations.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, manage vendors, and lead enterprise-wide transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Engineering and manufacturing industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects, with strong financial and budget management skills.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive enterprise applications experience, with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a potential U.S. security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
• Large-scale ERP and PLM transformation experience in manufacturing or aerospace and defense.
• Experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES ecosystems.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Manufacturo, Apriso, Opcenter, or Solumina.
• Knowledge of CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, NIST 800-171, Azure or hybrid cloud, data governance, analytics, and master data management.
