IT SAP Manager (ERP)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, or Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; remote work may be approved for up to 2 days per week. Must be a U.S. Person.

Salary: $156,000–$196,000 annually, including bonus target

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and scale a team of SAP administrators, architects, consultants, and external partners.
• Define the enterprise-wide SAP strategy, roadmap, roles, and specialties in collaboration with business units, program managers, and architects.
• Oversee SAP module implementation, maintenance, upgrades, patches, performance, stability, and security.
• Mature agile product development, support, change management, security, financial control, and audit processes.
• Own team metrics, vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and delivery quality.
• Provide technical and business guidance while mentoring team members and resolving project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; information technology or computer science preferred.
• At least 8 years of SAP and ERP implementation and support experience, including leadership of SAP teams and projects.
• At least 5 years supporting SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, and PLM modules, with successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or have been granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to U.S. Government national security requirements, candidates cannot be Chinese or Russian nationals unless they are also U.S. citizens.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving, documentation, workflow design, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.
• Senior or principal-level enterprise application design, implementation, and support experience.
• Experience leading technology migrations, process improvements, or organizational restructuring.
• Experience in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, human resources, or a technology start-up environment.
