Configuration Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States, supporting a government client in Washington, DC. US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead technical and functional configuration across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules for core implementations and client-specific transitions.
• Manage functional and technical consultants, including assignments, quality reviews, and delivery throughput.
• Evaluate configuration-versus-customization decisions while preserving forward compatibility and minimizing customization.
• Manage schedule, quality, technical, and delivery risks; escalate issues with recommended mitigations.
• Coordinate releases and deployments across a nine-environment landscape under approved change control.
• Support agency site surveys, flyaway teams, and monthly status briefings covering schedule, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years of consulting or leadership experience
• Experience leading configuration teams through enterprise HCM or ERP implementations and production go-live
• Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional and technical knowledge
• Experience delivering against hard, externally imposed milestone dates
