Marketing Operations Manager (Marketo/SaaS)

Location: Must be based in Canada (ET Timezone preferred)

Salary: CA$102,000 – CA$140,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the hands-on technical owner of the marketing technology stack, primarily Marketo and Salesforce.
• Own core operational programs including lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurture architecture.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, routing errors, and data sync failures across the stack.
• Maintain email channel operations, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
• Define and enforce data integrity standards, including hygiene, deduplication, and normalization.
• Drive AI-powered automation to optimize scoring, segmentation, and repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Marketo Certified Expert (Adobe Certified Expert — Marketo Engage) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong functional fluency in Salesforce data models and integration troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of owning and improving lead lifecycle and scoring models in production.
• Experience implementing and maintaining tracking and attribution infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA regulations.
• Experience directing external agencies and mentoring team members.
• Proficiency with webinar, ABM, or enrichment platforms like 6sense, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or Clay.
