What you will do
- Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies for consumer and business segments.
- Lead marketing automation across transactional, promotional, and brand communications.
- Plan and execute email, push notification, and WhatsApp campaigns using Braze and other MarTech tools.
- Manage lifecycle projects and collaborate with Brand, Data, Design, Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Create campaign dashboards, establish KPIs, and report on performance against customer and order metrics.
- Build an optimization program using A/B and multivariate testing to improve CRM conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in CRM management.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or Communication.
- Experience in e-commerce or a digital company and a proven record of growing sales through CRM channels.
- Experience with Braze or enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Exceptional English writing skills with strong attention to detail are required.
