CRM Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and implement multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
• Build advanced segmentation, personalization, automation, and CRM logic using dynamic content, Liquid logic, webhooks, and connected content.
• Drive CRM initiatives focused on customer lifecycle management and product adoption.
• Manage complex workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, templates, deliverability, and compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to improve targeting, content, triggers, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in fast-paced B2C environments.
• Experience building and managing complex automated campaigns in enterprise CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, or Iterable.
• Expertise in Liquid scripting, dynamic content, webhooks, and connected content.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data flows.
• Comfort working with SQL, analytics dashboards, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email development.
