Physician Assistant (Preventive Care)

Location: Washington, D.C.; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support.
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data and support member follow-through.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Escalate findings requiring physician-level review within the delegated scope agreed with the supervising Physician.
• Collaborate with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Requirements

• Active District of Columbia Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA certification (PA-C) in good standing.
• At least one year of postgraduate experience.
• At least one year of recent outpatient experience within the past five years.
• Comfort working in a technology-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.
