Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - SoHo, NY - Onsite (Women's Health)

Location: Onsite at the SoHo clinic in Manhattan, New York, United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus a quarterly performance bonus with a 10% target and equity grants.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care and women's health services.
• Deliver high-quality, inclusive, patient-centered care across diverse clinical needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Contribute to care models, clinical protocols, and innovative practice standards.
• Use technology and data to support evidence-based decisions and efficient documentation.

Requirements

• Hold an NP or PA credenhirify.globall and national board certification through an organization such as ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA.
• Maintain an active New York license and DEA registration.
• Have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience focused on women's health, including routine gynecology, contraception, and STIs.
• Bring experience with mental health and inclusive, patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate a data-driven, adaptable operational mindset and comfort collaborating with Operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with menopause management and sexual health.
• Experience with medical dermatology, weight management, and procedures.
