Lead Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Los Angeles, CA - Onsite

Location: Onsite at the Silver Lake clinic in Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base annually, plus an additional $6,800 annual leader stipend, quarterly performance bonus, and equity grants.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care, spending approximately 95% of the role in direct clinical care.
• Lead clinical quality, patient outcomes, documentation consistency, and complex case resolution within the clinic.
• Partner with operations to improve workflows, provider performance, patient experience, and accountability.
• Mentor and onboard providers while supporting continuous learning and professional development.
• Use data and patient feedback to identify clinical gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

• NP or PA qualification with national board certification, an active California license, and DEA registration.
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience, including women's health, routine gynecology, contraception, STIs, mental health, and inclusive patient-centered care.
• At least 1 year of direct or indirect experience leading clinicians.
• Data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with operations to balance clinical quality and workflow efficiency.
• Onsite attendance at the Silver Lake clinic is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with menopause management, sexual health, medical dermatology, weight management, or an expanded procedural scope.
