What you will do

• Develop, modify, analyze, and optimize semiconductor fabrication process formulations, methods, controls, and technical data.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Create and maintain SOPs and FMEA documentation for related processes.
• Lead recipe creation, maintenance, and optimization for Brightfield, Darkfield, and SEM inspection and review tools.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor junior engineers, solve novel technical problems, and contribute to patents and publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the wafer fabrication industry.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
• Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Organized and systematic problem-solving approach.
