CD-SEM Expert (Semiconductor Metrology)

What you will do

• Operate CD-SEM tools for critical dimension, profile, and defect measurements on semiconductor wafers.
• Ensure measurement accuracy, repeatability, and reproducibility for process control and yield improvement.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to maintain tool stability and uptime.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors and cross-functional process, lithography, etch, and metrology teams.
• Generate reports and dashboards covering metrology metrics such as CD bias, LWR, and LER.
• Improve metrology methods, train colleagues, maintain documentation, and follow EHS guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with CD-SEM tools, including Hitachi or Applied Materials systems, in a fab environment.
• Experience with JMP, Python, MATLAB, or comparable data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in cleanroom environments and meet tight production deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, training, and knowledge-sharing skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of semiconductor processes such as photolithography and etch.
