  • Develop block diagrams, link budgets, interface documentation, test plans, and integration procedures.
  • Design, build, integrate, and test antennas, radios, RF modules, cabling, connectors, and supporting electrical assemblies.
  • Execute conducted RF, antenna, environmental, and system-level validation testing.
  • Troubleshoot RF performance issues, analyze test and flight data, and drive corrective actions.

  • Experience using RF and electrical test equipment, including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
  • Experience developing RF test plans, procedures, setups, or data-analysis workflows, with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Must meet U.S. export-control requirements as a U.S. person or otherwise be eligible for deemed export licensing.

Nice to have

  • Experience with L, S, C, Ku, or Ka-band systems and modulation schemes such as QAM, BPSK, QPSK, or SOQPSK.
  • Aerospace, defense, aircraft, spacecraft, UAV, missile, or flight-test experience.
  • Experience with HFSS, CST, FEKO, ADS, MATLAB, Python, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on prototyping, soldering, cable fabrication, connectorization, EMI/EMC, or qualification-testing experience.
  • Startup, rapid-prototyping, agile hardware-development, or short-notice travel experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time, on-site engineering work with cross-functional collaboration across avionics, GNC, flight software, manufacturing, quality, test, and operations.
  • Employer-paid healthcare and pet insurance.
  • Competitive pay, stock options, a 401(k) retirement plan, and potential year-end bonuses.
  • Paid parental leave, 12 federal holidays, and PTO provisions based on employee classification.
