Senior Specialist, Procurement Systems and Processes (Automotive)

Location: Onsite five days per week at the hirify.global headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Novi, Michigan, United States. Domestic and international travel is required approximately 10% of the time.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for procurement IT systems, including ERP, SAP, eProcurement tools, and other digital platforms.
• Lead procurement system rollouts, launches, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization in collaboration with IT and Global Procurement.
• Provide first-level system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external vendors.
• Develop user training, documentation, and process manuals to improve adoption and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain procurement data accuracy and integrity and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Identify workflow improvements and act as the liaison between Procurement, IT, other departments, and system vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, preferably in project management, IT project management, procurement, or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems, including ERP and eProcurement platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, planning, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Charlotte or Novi, travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time, and hold a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Experience with SAP, Ivalua, Oracle, or AI tools.
