Business Process Analyst (ERP/CPQ)

Location: Hybrid in Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; most roles include some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and support sustainable technical and application solutions for Quote to Cash teams.
• Engage business stakeholders and IT teams to align requirements, processes, and technology solutions.
• Lead business requirements for projects, programs, enhancements, and Oracle CPQ/ERP initiatives.
• Document solution options, process flows, and high-level functional and non-functional designs.
• Triage defects and enhancement requests, facilitate User Acceptance Testing, and support escalations.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities involving automation, process changes, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Core ERP and CPQ functions and related business processes.
• Expertise in the end-to-end Quote to Invoice lifecycle, including quoting, purchase orders, and order management.
• Business analyst experience with Oracle, Salesforce, DevOps, Jira, and Oracle CPQ integrated with Oracle ERP.
• Ability to elicit requirements and create detailed user, data, and system process flows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Experience with defect triage, project planning, root-cause analysis, cloud models, and private or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Oracle upgrade or implementation experience.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
