Business Systems Analyst (Dynamics 365/SAP)

Location: Pasadena, California, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise systems projects from requirements gathering and design through implementation, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and blocker resolution.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on integrations, data flows, APIs, process automation, and system enhancements.
• Support UAT, training, go-live readiness, change management, user adoption, and post-launch improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business systems, IT business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise system implementation projects from design through go-live.
• Strong project management, requirements analysis, process improvement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Conceptual understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and data models; coding is not required.
• Bilingual English and Chinese Mandarin proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP ERP, or enterprise BPM.
• Background in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain-driven environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with external vendors or system integrators.
• Basic SQL, reporting, or BI knowledge; PMP or Scrum certification.
