Senior Manager, AI Engineering (AI)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Drive enterprise AI transformation through GenAI and ML solutions that improve decision-making and create measurable business value.
• Lead engineering teams delivering production-ready AI products and capabilities.
• Shape AI investment priorities, evaluate emerging technologies, and turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, ethical, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
• Build collaboration and internal AI communities to increase organizational AI maturity.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI, ML, or GenAI solutions.
• Strong hands-on engineering background building, deploying, and scaling production-ready software and AI-powered products.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution and measurable results.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP, conversational AI agents, or large language model application frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Apache Spark, or Apache Kafka.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, data governance, or real-time data processing.
