Senior Manager Data Architecture (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid role based near one of hirify.global's US offices in McLean, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; or Memphis, Tennessee. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Gather and refine business requirements and translate them into data architecture inputs.
• Apply enterprise data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices while recommending improvements.
• Assess impacts, risks, and dependencies across data systems, pipelines, reporting, and legacy environments.
• Design scalable, high-level data architecture solutions that support modernization.
• Guide AI/ML-driven data solutions, including RAG pipelines, vector and graph databases, and knowledge platforms.
• Manage project plans, monitor implementation progress, and communicate risks and mitigation plans to leadership.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Five or more years of specialized experience in data engineering, analytics, or architecture.
• Five or more years of experience managing teams or projects.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid environments, and data platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement near McLean, Dallas, or Memphis, United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or associate degree, or equivalent technology experience.
• Ten or more years of professional Technology experience.
• Experience with AWS.
• Travel or hospitality industry experience.
