Staff Strategy Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base pay: $101,545.95–$126,932.44 annually, plus an annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Lead complex business and financial models covering long-range forecasts, market sizing, M&A, corporate development, capital allocation, unit economics, and margin optimization.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance drivers to form defensible strategic points of view.
• Translate analytical findings into executive narratives and build high-quality presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and business unit leadership.
• Develop and track KPIs and operating metrics.
• Assess trends in robotics, AI, and automation and advise on technology investments, product roadmaps, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Exceptional Excel proficiency, including advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to synthesize financials, usage data, industry research, and expert interviews into clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive presentations for senior audiences.
• Track record of working effectively across functions and building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in technology, robotics, or industrials.
• Knowledge of valuation, capital structure, and three-statement modeling.
• Corporate development or M&A experience, including sourcing, diligence, or integration.
