Senior Associate, Sales Strategy & Operations (AI)

Location: United States — San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Washington D.C., Austin, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, or Boston.

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base pay, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategy for US pre-sales restaurant acquisition.
• Build go-to-market playbooks, revenue optimization plans, and productivity initiatives.
• Analyze pipelines, allocate resources, redesign processes, and support product roadmaps and launches.
• Design experiments to improve merchant adoption, acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Use SQL, spreadsheets, visualization tools, CRM data, and AI tooling to improve targeting, closing, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Merchant teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience leading initiatives and achieving goals, with strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets and modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Tableau and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to design AI-driven solutions from process discovery through prototyping and production deployment using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
