Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Mateo, CA

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead the annual sales and fiscal year planning to develop financial bookings plans for GTM.
• Support leadership with annual territory mapping, headcount planning, and incentive compensation management.
• Collaborate with sales operations on forecasting cadences using field data.
• Design and document recurring dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct quantitative product and sales analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Research business problems and create regression, forecasting, and probability models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative business analysis, forecasting, and finance or cost accounting.
• Experience with systems integration using Palantir Foundry, Salesforce (SFDC), and NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform regression and probability modeling.
• Ability to build complex programs for data organization and reporting from various sources.
• Must be located in or be able to relocate to San Mateo, CA.
• FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged or required.
