Business Systems Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base salary: $152,800–$209,100 per year, plus a 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Select and implement sales, marketing, CRM, and other business systems across the lifecycle from lead generation through sale.
• Assess integrated-system impacts, document system interactions and data dependencies, and define exception paths.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, rules, and guardrails.
• Set systems and tooling goals, delivery timelines, and budgets while leading technology procurement and implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to design end-to-end workflows and success metrics.
• Turn business-system data into cohesive reporting and insights.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in operational roles.
• Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or Webflow, Salesforce, data engineering, and analytics.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders and deliver robust, scalable technology solutions.

• Background in or genuine interest in robotics and automation.
• Experience managing large or complex technology-stack migration projects.
