Location: 100% remote within the United States; current and continued U.S. residency is required.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Client/Customer Success, administrative, and corporate functions.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates proactively while managing multiple searches from intake through offer.
• Conduct candidate screens, provide recommendations, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication.
• Use AI tools and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, research, outreach, workflows, and hiring speed.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and identify improvements to recruiting processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or EdTech organization.
• Experience independently managing multiple searches across Sales, Client/Customer Success, administrative, and corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder partnership, communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort using AI and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and accelerate hiring.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, learn the business quickly, and represent the company professionally.
• Permanent U.S. residency is required for employment.
