Quality Inspector

Location: Muscle Shoals, Alabama, United States; on-site

Products and assemblies are inspected and verified against quality standards before shipment.

What you will do

• Perform visual and physical inspections of products and assemblies.
• Verify configurations against work instructions, bills of materials, and customer requirements.
• Check part numbers, serial numbers, labels, asset records, and fulfillment documentation.
• Conduct pre-delivery quality checks and record results in quality management systems.
• Identify defects and non-conformances, support containment activities, and verify corrective actions before release.
• Maintain traceability records and support internal audits and inventory verification.

Requirements

• High school diploma, associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in telecommunications, engineering, information technology, or electronics.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical inspection.
• Ability to read basic technical documentation.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, accountability, and process compliance.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to work well within a team.
