Merchant Product Manager - Sr (Fintech)

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States. Workplace type: Office; specific flexible arrangements may be provided by the hiring team for eligible positions.

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives, and success metrics.
• Research customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
• Prioritize product initiatives, features, enhancements, and technical investments based on customer value and business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Technology teams, and Delivery Leaders through planning, testing, implementation, and release activities.
• Align stakeholders, communicate roadmap progress and risks, and facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Measure adoption, customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and financial results while identifying optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of experience in Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager roles.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap management, Agile delivery, customer-centered design, data analysis, and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, compliance, risk, governance, and audit requirements.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Kyriba experience or focus.
• PSPO III or CSP-PO certification and PAL1 or CAL1 certification.
• Strong experience in retail or business financial services.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Strong experience with user-centered design and usability.
