Lead Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise data hub by managing the data warehouse and building reliable, optimized pipelines.
• Drive an enterprise-wide data governance strategy to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Prioritize and manage the data roadmap through sprint planning and scalable architecture design.
• Deliver GTM-ready data for key metrics including pipeline health, bookings, and customer lifetime value.
• Develop and execute a data strategy enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.
• Mentor a team of data and analytics engineers while fostering a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or enterprise data management.
• Proven expertise managing cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and scaling enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with the modern data stack including dbt, Airflow/Dagster, and Fivetran.
• Demonstrated ability to design data governance frameworks and lead cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing access controls and role-based permissions for sensitive data.
