Amazon DSP Associate Advertising Manager (Amazon DSP)

Location: Remote, limited to candidates in Karachi or Manila; a work-from-home setup is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic Amazon DSP advertising executions aligned with client goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
• Build and improve DSP advertising best practices through a test-and-learn approach.
• Monitor the evolving programmatic advertising landscape and share knowledge with other teams.
• Build client relationships through clear communication, reporting, and recommendations that support efficient advertising growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with Amazon DSP.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret data and inform advertising strategies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse clients.
• Must be based in Karachi or Manila.
• Must provide a suitable work-from-home setup, stable wired internet of at least 10 Mbps, and dual monitors.
• Computer equipment must meet the stated processor, memory, operating system, headset, and webcam requirements.

Nice to have

• Previous agency experience.
• Understanding of advanced advertising products such as Streaming TV, audio, and Private Marketplace Deals.
