Account Associate (Amazon DSP)

Location: United States; fully remote

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual base pay, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Manage proposals and day-to-day operations for smaller client accounts.
• Plan, set up, traffic, monitor, and troubleshoot digital advertising campaigns.
• Perform campaign quality assurance, reporting, analytics, billing, and budget tracking.
• Analyze performance data using HubSpot and internal tools to identify actions and improvements.
• Communicate campaign performance and account issues to clients, account managers, senior leads, and other stakeholders.
• Support client relationships and help keep campaigns aligned with objectives and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or a related agency role.
• Prior client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communication with clients, account managers, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and ask questions when needed.
