Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Hybrid in Waterloo, Ontario or Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 80,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop hiring strategies and support efficient decisions.
• Recruit for technical and back-office functions, including niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Create job postings and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS, recruitment tracker, and process documentation.
• Use market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment data to improve hiring practices and represent the company at talent events.

Requirements

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and a positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Strong partnership, collaboration, organization, communication, judgment, and accountability skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing tools, processes, and business needs.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple regions or within a global organization.

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience in a technology or software organization.
• Experience supporting technical and corporate or back-office functions.
• Experience with Lever or another Applicant Tracking System, recruitment reporting, and sourcing tools.
