What you will do

• Source and headhunt talent for Engineering, Product, IT, and Security roles.
• Screen candidates and manage the hiring process through onboarding for owned roles.
• Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers, coaching them on effective hiring practices.
• Lead projects covering candidate communications, feedback loops, interview calibration, training, and employer branding.
• Track talent acquisition metrics and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Solid Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience hiring Engineering talent from junior to staff engineer level.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, analytical, organized, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and colleagues.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written, are required.
