New Logo Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Work with assigned channel partners to expand market reach and support new-logo initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new enterprise customers in Switzerland.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Manage complex sales cycles and engage IT, business, and C-level decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and partner teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
• Proven success in enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud/SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience engaging IT and business decision-makers.
• Commercial expertise in driving and closing complex deals.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Self-starter mindset with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach.
