Sales Development Representative (Robotics)

Location: Waltham Office, United States; onsite role

Salary: $78,000–$83,000 annually

What you will do

• Reach out to new prospects by phone and email to arrange meetings with Sales Managers.
• Conduct introductory calls, qualify opportunities, and present hirify.global solutions.
• Schedule and facilitate on-site demonstrations for prospects and customers.
• Partner with Sales Managers to identify and engage strategic industrial accounts.
• Maintain the prospect pipeline and regular communication with potential customers.
• Participate in customer-facing video and phone calls and communicate the vision for robotics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of sales experience selling to industrial accounts.
• Proven success with cold calling.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain new technology.
• Curiosity about a wide range of industrial applications and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
