Supervisor DC OPS (Warehouse Operations)

Location: El Dorado, Arkansas, United States; onsite warehouse operations

Salary: $18.75–$53.41 per hour

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and optimize production activities.
• Maintain safe work practices, standard operating procedures, job hazard analyses, and industry standards.
• Verify and inventory inbound items, conduct weekly cycle counts and annual physical counts, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Manage housekeeping processes and verify outbound loads in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Develop and cross-train staff, explain procedures, and provide professional and patient instruction.
• Organize daily toolbox meetings and lead weekly safety meetings.

Requirements

• Extensive warehouse operations experience.
• Forklift experience and ability to regularly operate a forklift.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of SKUs, cycle counts, UOM, FIFO, pallet tags, BOLs, and pick tickets.
• Ability to generate and work with BOLs, pick tickets, and pallet tags.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, productivity, and urgency skills, with an understanding of P&L, expenses, and revenue.
