Warehouse Specialist

Location: Onsite at the Torrance, California, United States location

Salary: $19–$20 per hour, depending on location

What you will do

• Support members with logistical tasks, problem-solving, and customer service.
• Receive, unload, organize, and place incoming inventory.
• Monitor the delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipment arrival and departure times.
• Keep warehouse, kitchen, office, and building operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to locate and extract merchandise from storage areas.
• Physical strength and stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to operate required machinery, with training provided.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, retail, or warehouse experience is beneficial.
