Warehouse Specialist

What you will do

• Receive, pick, pack, repackage, store, and ship orders according to detailed procedures.
• Count, sort, and organize inventory while maintaining accurate cycle counts and client inventory records.
• Research shipment tracking requests and respond to customer inquiries.
• Fulfill warehouse projects involving small and large order quantities.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with inventory management systems and previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience with CRM and shipping logistics software such as FedEx and UPS.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack, forklift, and stand-up or sit-down equipment.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, climb, and reach overhead, including lifting and moving 20 pounds or more.
• Ability to work occasionally in environments below 45 degrees.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is preferred.
