is a SaaS technology scale-up developing a cloud-based Transport Management Platform that automates logistics administration, optimizes planning, and improves transportation efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
What you will do
- Deliver technical demos and platform walkthroughs of the Transport Management Platform.
- Configure demo environments and solutions to reflect customer workflows and operational requirements.
- Analyze customer needs, assess product fit and integration requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support Business Development Managers with technical scoping and feasibility assessments.
- Translate sales conversations and customer requirements into structured feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation while improving demo tooling, training materials, and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, USA.
- Multiple years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, onboarding, consulting, or pre-sales.
- Essential experience in transport or logistics, including knowledge of industry workflows and operational challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and commercial audiences.
- Analytical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and demo tooling; a valid US driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally are required.
