Senior Executive Recruiter (Telehealth)

What you will do

• Lead research, talent mapping, and early outreach for senior and executive-level searches.
• Identify candidates through industry communities, warm networks, referrals, direct competitors, adjacent industries, and other creative channels.
• Conduct credible initial outreach and phone screens before handing candidates off to the recruiting team.
• Maintain accurate search pipelines in Ashby and contribute to job specifications, scorecards, and search materials.
• Provide market and compensation insights and capture learnings to improve sourcing playbooks and talent databases.
• Gradually take ownership of full-cycle executive searches while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience engaging senior and C-level candidates with clear, confident communication and strong understanding of business strategy.
• Sharp judgment, strong interviewing instincts, curiosity, and resourcefulness in developing search strategies.
• Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential searches and sensitive information.
• Self-motivation, organization, and interest in growing from sourcing into full-cycle executive recruiting.
• Proficiency with an ATS; Ashby is used for search management and pipeline tracking.
