What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, scorecards, and search strategies.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, competitor and adjacent-market mapping, referrals, communities, and warm networks.
• Engage passive candidates and lead initial screens covering experience, motivation, and role alignment.
• Guide interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions with clear recommendations and constructive challenge.
• Use compensation data and pipeline performance in Ashby to identify obstacles, adjust searches, and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong sourcing foundation.
• Experience recruiting across functions and levels while managing multiple changing priorities.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership, candidate assessment, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and handle confidential searches and sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficiency with an ATS; experience with Ashby and pipeline data is relevant.
• Interest in developing executive recruiting and broader business fluency.
