Senior Talent Lead

Location: London, with in-person office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

What you will do

• Lead sourcing and hiring for Accounts Management, Customer Success, and Solutions roles.
• Map talent markets, build networks of customer-facing professionals, and run targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Manage outreach, screening calls, candidate relationships, pipeline development, and candidate closing.
• Partner with customer leaders and hiring managers to define role specifications and success profiles.
• Improve candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful interactions, and internal candidate advocacy.
• Refine recruiting processes, playbooks, evaluation methods, and employer-brand activities as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting for, or working in, Customer Success or other customer-facing roles at scaling startups.
• Track record of execution, ambitious target delivery, and strong networks in the startup ecosystem.
• Strong sourcing, screening, relationship-management, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, outcomes-driven, and disciplined with recruiting processes, communication, and ATS hygiene.
• Ability to leverage AI in recruiting processes and operate with a strong bias to action in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work in person at the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
