Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote in the US, hybrid, or onsite in New York City or San Francisco. Employees must be authorized to work in the United States.

Annual salary: $129,200–$142,120 for remote US roles; $152,000–$167,200 for roles based in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle. Equity may also be offered.

What you will do

• Own pipelines and recruiting processes for 5–10 high-priority searches, initially focused on building top-of-funnel candidate pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, establish interview loops, and calibrate hiring standards.
• Source candidates through creative outreach and structured follow-up sequences.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including candidate screens, communications, interview coordination, alignment, closing strategy, and offer management.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and process hygiene in Ashby while using AI-augmented sourcing and pipeline tools.
• Partner with People leadership on hiring loops, compensation structures, recruiter training, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house experience at a growing technology company.
• Technical recruiting experience is required; experience recruiting across other functions is a plus.
• Fluency with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox.
• Strong sourcing, candidate communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and offer-closing skills.
• Ability to maintain high hiring standards under time pressure, work with ambiguity, and communicate visibly across teams.
• Ability to work in the United States and meet the role's remote, hybrid, or office-based requirements.
