Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Remote-first across Europe, with quarterly offsites in Prague.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of engineering and go-to-market roles across European markets from intake through offer close.
• Build outbound pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and AI-assisted research.
• Run first-round screening calls, make clear pass-or-fail decisions, and provide written candidate evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring standards, calibrate profiles, and drive timely feedback.
• Manage agency partners and hold them accountable to quality standards.
• Run and improve an automated recruiting process using Ashby, AI tools, and workflow agents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at a startup or scale-up or at a technology-focused agency.
• Demonstrated success building sourcing pipelines from zero for difficult roles.
• Experience hiring engineers and comfort recruiting commercial roles such as account executives, partner managers, or consultants.
• Experience hiring across European markets and communicating in German or another European language.
• Technical literacy sufficient to assess GitHub profiles, understand technology stacks, and conduct credible initial conversations with engineers.
• Strong judgment, organization, direct communication, and experience using AI tools in day-to-day recruiting.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring in AI or B2B SaaS.
• Experience building recruiting automations with Ashby, Zapier, or autonomous agents.
