What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Partner with business leaders to create strategic staffing plans and support hiring goals.
• Build sustainable candidate pipelines through internal and external digital sourcing platforms.
• Develop innovative approaches for hard-to-fill positions and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Support employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.
• Collaborate with Partner Practices and the broader HR team to improve scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Track record of achieving hiring goals and metrics.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and developing strategic recruiting plans.
• Strong interviewing, communication, influencing, project management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with social media, digital sourcing platforms, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
