Learning Advisor

Location: Toronto, with in-person and online responsibilities

Salary: $65,000–$95,000 estimated annual compensation

What you will do

• Advise, inspire, and motivate professionals to advance their technology careers.
• Drive revenue through outbound calls, emails, and video meetings with prospective customers.
• Build community through thought leadership events.
• Use in-house revenue platforms to apply and execute growth best practices.
• Collaborate with product, learning design, and experience teams to develop bespoke digital learning products.
• Build long-term relationships with industry partners, organizations, and community leaders.
