Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Hybrid, based at the Frankfurt am Main or Berlin offices in Germany; work from another EU country is permitted for up to 10 days per year.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for complex and senior-level roles, from intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviews, selection, offers, and closing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and sustainable candidate networks.
• Advise Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders on market-relevant profiles, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring approaches.
• Support structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria, and well-founded hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting processes, standards, ways of working, and candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data and KPIs to identify improvements and explore recruiting technology, automation, and AI applications.

Requirements

• Approximately 6 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex and senior-level recruiting processes.
• Strong active sourcing expertise, particularly in direct search and talent pipeline development.
• Experience advising Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing, selection methods, recruiting KPIs, and data-driven improvement.
• Fluent German and English; experience in an international and dynamic environment.
