Future HR Leader Program (MBA Track)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; rotations may involve different locations within the U.S.

Annual base pay range: $110,000–$220,000 USD, with potential discretionary bonus and options depending on the position.

What you will do

• Complete 2+ rotations across HR functions over 2–3 years.
• Deliver at least three high-impact assignments aligned with core HR objectives and an individual growth plan.
• Gain experience across total rewards, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations or HR compliance.
• Use data-driven decision-making and people analytics to support strategic HR initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally and engage with senior leadership through executive sponsorship and rotation management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive business experience, such as investment banking, strategic consulting, HR consulting, or private equity.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI, plus an understanding of HR trends and innovation.
