Associate, Revenue Operations (Salesforce)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $67,500–$74,000 per year in Illinois

What you will do

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity across Sales, Onboarding, and Success by auditing records, resolving inconsistencies, and cleaning data.
• Support Salesforce workflow improvements, including validation rules, custom fields, page layouts, and basic automations.
• Track incentives, commissions, contract status, Go Live dates, and payout eligibility.
• Coordinate operational workflows for strategic merchant accounts, including agreements, amendments, signatures, onboarding, and activation milestones.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering funnel progress, onboarding throughput, and account performance.
• Create SOPs, quick-reference guides, partner materials, and training documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer-facing work, content creation, partnerships, or a similar role.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, and basic automations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data scrubbing.
• High attention to detail and strong data integrity standards.
• Process-oriented approach with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing stakeholder requests.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting processes and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
